Birthing Package 1

-you feel confident in your knowledge about childbirth.

-you have a strong vision of what you want your birth experience to be like.

-wish to have a doula assist you in the manifestation of your birth wishes.

-1 Free Interview

-2 Prenatal visits 1.5 hours each

These 2 visits will include

~Practicing laboring positions, massage, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

~Discuss hospital policies and common medical interventions. (pros and cons)

~We will go over simple positions and exercises to get baby in the perfect position for birth.

~I am trained to use a rebozo.

~I can teach you more about pregnancy massage for you and your partner to practice.

~unlimited labor support no matter how long you labor. I can stay up to 1 hour after the birth. After that hour I charge 25 an hour.

~I will be on call from week 38 of pregnancy to 42 weeks (There can be exceptions if you think you may deliver early or a bit later than 42 weeks)

~unlimited Phone, Text, WhatsApp, Facebook & Email Support at any time of the day from the day you make me your doula until 4 weeks postpartum.

~1 postpartum visit

~Breastfeeding support and advice

~Basic film and birth photography

Birthing Package 2

~you desire deeper knowledge on the physiological birthing process

~you want help discovering your birth options.

~you are ready to embark on the journey of blissful birthing with the guidance of a doula.

~1 Free Interview

~3 Prenatal visits 1,5 hours each

These 3 visits will include

~Childbirth education~

~Practice laboring positions, massage, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
